Typical Day in the Life:

- Assisting with consulting services related to exempt organization issues
- Delivering client projects and managing multiple projects with deadlines
- Working with clients in higher education, nonprofit, private foundation, and healthcare industries
- Staying updated on relevant tax guidance and communicating with internal personnel and clients
- Resolving filing notices and e-file issues with the IRS
- Developing relationships with firm EO staff and clients
- Networking and attracting new clients for the firm

Who You Are:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or . required; Master's or . in Taxation preferred
- 3+ years of experience with exempt organizations
- Valid CPA license preferred, but not required if JD
- Knowledgeable about tax industry regulations and policies
- Proficient in tax research
- Passionate about working with nonprofits and helping others
- Excellent communication skills and able to work independently
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Effective listener and able to understand client needs

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive and equitable pay based on factors such as geography, experience, and education
- Salary range: $70,000 - $110,000
