Duties:

• Manage and handle a diverse caseload, primarily focusing on Securities and FINRA cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop effective case strategies.
• Stay abreast of changes in securities laws, regulations, and FINRA rules.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and other dispute resolution processes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of legal experience, with a concentration in Securities/FINRA matters.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in California.

Education:

Certifications:
