Duties:

  • Conducted legal research related to eDiscovery and provided strategic advice to clients.
  • Managing and overseeing the entire eDiscovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production.

  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
  • Participating in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings as required.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, legal developments, and emerging technologies in eDiscovery.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active and in good standing membership with the State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery within a legal setting.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, rules, and regulations governing eDiscovery.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
