Preferred Qualifications: - Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, scenario modeling, and real property valuation. - Formal training in negotiation skills. - IBM Tririga real estate database skills. - MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience. Salary Range: $123, - $185, - This salary range is a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. - Employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and long-term incentives. - Northrop Grumman offers a variety of benefits, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays, and paid time off for vacation and personal business.
