Senior Associate, Provisions & Corporate Tax - Job Responsibilities

- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.
- Participate in accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and tax provision calculations.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing industry knowledge and experience.
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects.
- Advise clients and deliver high-quality tax services and advice.
- Participate in market and business activities external to the firm, building and managing client relationships.

Senior Associate, Provisions & Corporate Tax - Job Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm.
- Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation, and/or Master's in taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university.
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and a solid knowledge of ASC 740.
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information.
- Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams.

Senior Associate, Provisions & Corporate Tax - Salary and Benefits

- Salary Range: $55500 - $125200 (California)
- Comprehensive and competitive benefits package, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and personal well-being benefits.
- Personal Time Off (PTO) per fiscal year, based on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service.
- Firmwide breaks at year-end and around the July 4th holiday, where employees are not required to use PTO.
