This role involves representing clients in a national project development practice and immediately participating in sophisticated matters.

Duties:

• Join the Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice group.
• Utilize strong drafting and negotiating skills in legal transactions.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Independently manage components of deals.
• Represent clients in a national project development practice.
• Participate immediately in sophisticated legal matters.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed and in good standing in the State.
• 4-6 years of project development experience.
• Experience with renewable energy projects and M&A transactions.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Legal
