Job Details:

  • Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, and appearing in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings.
  • Prior law firm and insurance litigation experience preferred.
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.
  • Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree.
  • Represent secured creditors and receivers in state court insolvency proceedings.
  • Strong writing, communication, analytical, and legal research skills.
  • Outgoing, collegial, and collaborative demeanor.
  • Responsiveness to clients and partners, with the ability to accept project responsibility.
  • Distinguished academics and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
