Job Overview:

The PI Litigation Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to fight for clients and secure significant settlements and verdicts in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic cases. They will draft legal documents, develop strategies, and represent clients in personal injury matters.

 

Duties:

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Participate in depositions and other hearings.

Requirements:

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
