Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a medical malpractice litigation attorney with 5+ years of associate or counsel-level experience in a law firm setting. The candidate will manage the day-to-day development of the record for trial in high-exposure medical malpractice and tort cases, including ?employment-adjacent? claims against healthcare providers. Will have a heavy emphasis on planning for and executing case development strategy, including taking and defending fact and expert depositions and preparing witnesses for testimony. Source and develop expert witnesses. Independently identify and develop discovery and trial strategies and themes. Draft and deliver polished, file-ready motions and briefs of significance, and argue them to the court as necessary. Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation and trial strategies, including how best to approach complex or difficult issues. Must be Admitted, or has a path to admission, to practice in the State of Colorado.
