Position Summary:

- Legal departments are transforming through technology and the Legal Business Associate - Senior will navigate this transformation and partner with professionals to help companies achieve their objectives.
- This role will be a part of Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team and will provide an integrated approach to technology implementations, automation, data management and analytics for legal departments.
- Responsibilities include client management, delivery of services, development of solutions, support, project management, cross-functional teaming, people development, and business development.

What You'll Do:

- Participate in day-to-day interactions with client's project team members and Deloitte project leadership members.
- Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes, leveraging technology to align with client's specific requirements and goals.
- Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions to aid in the efficiency of tax and legal departments.
- Provide training and software support for day-to-day activities.
- Assist with project management tasks.
- Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall.
- Participate in the development of team members.
- Participate in and contribute to pursuit teams.

- Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) practice helps tax departments pursue a streamlined, transparent, and efficient tax function.
- Specializes in tax and can effectively address a corporate tax function's unique needs, requirements, and obligations.

- Multi-disciplinary approach combines tax technical and technology skillsets.
- Offers necessary combination of skills, methodology, and practical experience for successful ERP implementation.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model.
- 3+ years' experience with legal and/or technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with technology implementations, automation, data management, and analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- One of the following accreditations obtained, in process, or willing and able to obtain.
- Advanced degree in relevant field preferred.
