Job Details:

• Handle investigations before the . Department of Labor, California Department of Industrial Relations, California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC, and other state and local human rights agencies.
• Appear before the National Labor Relations Board on matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations.
• Handle employment litigation in federal and state court.
• Defend federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience in employment law.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.

Experience:

• Significant experience handling investigations before various labor and human rights agencies.
