Description:

- Seeking a Staff Real Estate Specialist to join the Corporate Real Estate organization at Northrop Grumman.
- Virtual position.
- Responsible for planning and executing real estate projects for the company's worldwide portfolio.
- Requires strong negotiation skills and experience in real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis.
- Will work with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to outline business goals and recommend business terms.
- Will also participate in continuous process improvement efforts.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, or related discipline and at least 15 years of commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, formal negotiation training, and experience with IBM Tririga real estate database.
- Salary range: $123, - $185,, with potential for bonuses and other benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide portfolio.
- Work with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to outline business goals, prepare and analyze real estate transaction documentation, and recommend business terms.
- Participate in continuous process improvement efforts.
- Act as a strong people leader with excellent communication skills.
- Teleworking arrangements subject to change based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law, or related discipline.
- At least 15 years of commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience.
- Strong interest in detailed contract negotiation and documentation.
- Experience with real estate market studies, valuation, and financial analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of working in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law, or related discipline.
- Formal training in negotiation skills.
- IBM Tririga real estate database skills.
- MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience.

Salary Information:

- Salary Range: $123, - $185,
- Discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives may also be available.
