A law firm in San Mateo, CA, seeks an experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to manage family law cases effectively, provide exceptional client service, and contribute to practice improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, 5+ years of litigation experience, and be licensed to practice law in California.

Duties:

• Take proactive management of family law cases, overseeing them from inception to resolution.
• Provide superior customer service by delivering regular updates to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
• Identify areas for practice improvement and make recommendations to practice managers.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics, tracking accomplishments and client satisfaction.
• Serve as 1st chair in family law cases, demonstrating expertise and leadership.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
