The ideal candidate for this position should have 2-4 years of traditional labor experience, including client counseling on labor relations and law, research and writing projects, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board. Some employment litigation experience is strongly preferred, ensuring the ability to provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients in this practice area.
Key responsibilities for this position include serving traditional labor matters, collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys, and contributing to positive outcomes for the clients. A strong candidate for this role will also have strong academic credentials and be a member of the California State Bar, further enhancing their expertise in this field.
