As a Manager at KPMG, you will be responsible for providing guidance to multinational enterprises on business decisions, such as where to locate and operate, choice of entity, supply chain optimization, and accessing and mobilizing capital for global operations. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing tax provisions for financial statements and assisting with compliance work. You will also have the opportunity to guide clients on income tax treaty planning and provide tax services to alternative investment companies. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of five years of recent experience in international, mergers and acquisitions, and/or federal tax planning. A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's in Taxation, JD, and/or LLM with a concentration in tax is preferred. You must also possess strong research and writing skills, as well as Excel modeling and oral communication skills. The ability to balance and lead multiple engagements, supervise and train staff, and develop and deepen client relationships is essential for this role.
