Job Overview: The law firm seeks an experienced insurance defense attorney who focuses on bodily injury and first-party/bad faith cases. The ideal candidate will be motivated, possess strong teamwork skills, and demonstrate a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense matters, specializing in bodily injury and first-party/bad faith cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Collaborate with legal team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience practicing law, focusing on insurance defense.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Prior experience in law and motion practice is advantageous.
• An active license to practice law in Arizona and additional licensure in other states is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Current license to practice law in the state of Arizona.
