The ideal candidate should have substantial litigation experience, strong legal analysis abilities, excellent writing skills, and a commitment to providing professional legal services to the immigrant community.

Duties:

• Handle removal defense and complicated immigration cases with waivers.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to immigration laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, applications, and appeals.
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and before government agencies.
• Communicate with clients to explain legal processes and case strategies.
• Advocate for clients' interests in immigration matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
• Substantial litigation experience, preferably in immigration law.
• Strong legal analysis abilities and excellent writing skills.
• Fluency in Spanish with superior verbal communication skills.
• Patience and ability to explain complicated legal processes to clients with limited English proficiency.
• Commitment to providing professional and responsive legal service to the immigrant community.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
