Job Title: Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Irvine, CA is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in private offerings, general venture capital and tech company corporate transactions, public company representation, and public offerings. Duties:

• Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of corporate law matters including private offerings, venture capital transactions, public company representation, and public offerings.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and assist with due diligence.
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
• Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• Membership to the CA State Bar is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience in corporate law, preferably in a major law firm.
• Exceptional academic credentials with a JD from an accredited law school.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership to the CA State Bar.
