Duties:

• Manage caseload, including written discovery, depositions, motions, briefing, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to personal injury cases.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other team members to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in personal injury litigation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury (plaintiff or defense).
• Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Delaware State Bar.
