The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish, possess strong organizational skills, and have extensive knowledge of personal injury law, including auto collisions, premises liability, and general negligence. The role involves monthly case reviews, client communication, settlement negotiations, and legal document preparation.

Duties:

• Conduct monthly case reviews
• Draft and send vital correspondence and notices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness (., CGIA, spoliation, WC Notices)
• Review demands with clients
• Handle settlement disbursements and resolve subrogation claims, liens, and other third-party interests
• Build client cases, ensuring all injuries, damages, and losses are documented for maximum recovery
• Research and analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation, such as insurance policies and settlement releases
• Maintain excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement
• Negotiate settlements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in the personal injury field
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado

Skills:

• Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to convey medical and legal terms to clients effectively
