Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of tax professionals who provide compliance and planning guidance to the owners of PwC.
- Utilize a network of internal and external resources to meet the needs of PwC partners and principals.
- Perform individual tax compliance and reviews, as well as tax planning for executives within a global network of professional services firms.
- Use firm-issued technologies and technical skills to review individual tax returns and identify and address client tax issues.
- Lead and collaborate with team members virtually, while also managing and supporting work/life balance.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships at the executive level.
- Coach and provide feedback to staff members.
- Utilize project management and communication skills, as well as prepare and present complex materials.
- Research complex tax issues and lead change and innovation through new and existing technologies.
- Act as a tax technical business advisor and develop new relationships.
- Demonstrate knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment.
- Work with large, complex data sets and utilize data visualization tools to provide insights to clients.
- Utilize digitization tools to reduce hours and optimize engagements.
