Job Title: Private Client Advisor II
Experience: 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience OR minimal equivalent of a bachelor degree

Responsibilities:
- Lead the client management process (CMP) to identify new business development opportunities
- Source new clients in alignment with established risk appetite
- Provide a branded client experience (BCE) by partnering with the enterprise to access the full array of Private Bank and Bank of America capabilities and services
- Retain clients through building strong relationships and being responsive to their needs
- Advocate for clients and offer integrated recommendations for their wealth strategy
- Encourage the use of digital capabilities for a better client experience
- Develop relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence
- Drive new business development for a target client segment with $3MM++ investable assets
- Present a holistic approach to clients, utilizing the entire Private Bank platform
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and be client-focused
- Proactively identify opportunities for client engagement and take action
- Influence and close business
- Be solutions-oriented with strong sales and financial aptitude
