Job Description:

As a Senior Associate in the Business Tax Services practice, you will provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships for a variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses. You will also participate in accounting for income taxes and tax provision calculations, as well as work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage teams of tax professionals and assistants, advise clients, and build and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations and partnerships
- Participate in accounting for income taxes and tax provision calculations
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants
- Advise clients and build and manage client relationships

Qualifications:

- Minimum two years of recent corporate tax experience
- Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation and/or Master's in taxation
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, partnerships, and ASC 740
- Excellent advisory and compliance skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams
