As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for advising multinational enterprises on business decisions and tax planning strategies. This includes helping clients understand and analyze complex business opportunities and challenges, as well as optimizing supply chains and accessing capital for global operations. You will also work with colleagues in Mergers & Acquisition Tax to structure tax aspects of global transactions and provide guidance on income tax treaty planning opportunities.

In addition to working with multinational enterprises, you will also have the opportunity to work with alternative investment companies. This includes helping with the investment life cycle for both asset managers and portfolio companies operating globally. As a Senior Manager, you will have strong research and writing skills, Excel modeling abilities, and excellent oral communication skills. You will also be able to balance and lead multiple engagements, supervise and train new and experienced staff professionals, and develop and deepen client relationships.
