As a Manager, you will have extensive responsibilities and/or success in managerial roles involving financial issues, capital markets, and the product life cycle. This will be enhanced by working on various client engagements and assignments related to issuing, investing in, or trading financial instruments. You will also have a fundamental understanding of valuation methodologies and experience in determining appropriate equity allocation methodologies for financial reporting purposes. Other skills and responsibilities include:

- Creating independent financial models utilizing income or market approaches to estimate or assess the value of a business and the securities within its capital structure.
- Effective problem-solving skills, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
- Being agile and flexible when adapting to changing client needs and market conditions.
- Developing, utilizing or reviewing/validating complex financial models.
- Utilizing industry software, . INTEX, TREPP, Bloomberg, CapIQ, or, advanced Excel modeling.
- Communicating effectively, both written and orally, within a professional services business environment.
