• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with clients, senior attorneys, and legal staff to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Represent clients' interests in negotiations and legal transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized case records, documentation, and correspondence.
