A law firm is seeking a Student Services And Special Education Associate Attorney with the following responsibilities:

• Build client relationships with K-12 schools and community colleges.
• Assist clients in the individualized education program process.
• Present workshops to clients.
• Review and revise policies and procedures.
• Respond to state and federal compliance complaints.
• Handle administrative due process hearings outside of the adversarial context of traditional litigation.

Job Overview: The Student Services And Special Education Associate Attorney will play a key role in providing legal support to K-12 schools and community colleges in student services and special education matters.

Requirements:

• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of practice experience.
• Must be a member of the State Bar of California.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
