The candidate will manage all aspects of litigation, negotiate settlements, stay updated on legislative changes, and contribute to business development efforts.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on workers' compensation matters.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials, and appeals.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes affecting workers' compensation law.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Current license to practice law.
• 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• A commitment to excellence and a passion for justice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Current license to practice law.
