Associate General Counsel-Litigation

KPMG, a top-ranked company for workplace culture and career growth, is currently seeking an Experienced Associate General Counsel-Litigation to join their Office of General Counsel (OGC). This role will provide legal support for the Litigation group, specifically on the Practice Protection Team.

Responsibilities:

- Counsel and represent KPMG in civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations
- Develop and implement strategies to successfully defend litigation and regulatory matters
- Supervise and work with outside counsel to ensure high-quality legal representation
- Report and consult with senior leadership on legal issues arising in litigation and regulatory matters
- Assist in financial projections for supervised matters

Qualifications:

- Minimum 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the .
- Experience with SEC, PCAOB, or similar regulatory agencies preferred
- Strong time management and strategic thinking skills, with high ethical standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Salary Range: $331,000 - $737,000 (varies by location)
