The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience and possess strong research and writing skills. Responsibilities include handling written discovery, depositions, pleadings, motions, mediations, court appearances, and trial assistance.

Duties:

• Handle written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and substantive legal documents.
• Attend mediations and negotiate settlements.
• Represent clients at court hearings and proceedings.
• Assist in trial preparation and provide support during trial.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Good academic record.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Admission to practice law in California.
