Job Overview:

The Restructuring Associate Attorney will handle various aspects of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings, representing debtors and creditors. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience and outstanding academic credentials.

Duties:

• Represent debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases and other corporate restructuring matters.
• Handle multiple significant matters simultaneously.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of restructuring experience, including Chapter 11 cases.
• Experience representing debtors and creditors in corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comparable law firm experience is required.
• Clerkship experience preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission by waiver.
