Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks privacy, data security, and licensing partner/specialist with 7+ years of experience advising clients on privacy and data security matters. The candidate will advise clients regarding regulations and standards that govern the collection, use, and processing of personal information. Will support clients in transactions involving privacy and data security issues, including advising company clients on remediation and advising investor clients on due diligence considerations. Handle routine technology transactions, including commercial agreements, license agreements, and technology transfer matters. Coordinate with the firm?s corporate securities and M&A attorneys regarding privacy, data security, and licensing issues routinely faced by technology companies. Should also have experience with technology transactions, including license agreements and technology transfer matters. This is a partner-level opportunity. A portable business is desired. Should have an existing license to practice law in Georgia or Colorado, or ability to practice law in Georgia or Colorado pending admission and be admitted to Georgia or Colorado within 12 months.
