Job Overview: A law firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Mid-Level Construction and Design Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in handling construction and design contracts, utilizing various project delivery systems, and managing a diverse range of litigation matters related to construction projects in both public and private sectors.

Duties:

• Work on a variety of construction and design contracts, utilizing different project delivery systems.
• Handle sophisticated construction litigation matters, including those related to industrial, multi-family, commercial, and large residential development projects.
• Engage in contract drafting and negotiations with a keen attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in sophisticated construction litigation and contract drafting, with a focus on industrial, multi-family, commercial, and large residential development matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills for developing and nurturing relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry partners.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of pride in work.
• Good judgment, responsiveness, and perseverance in handling complex legal matters.

Education:

• JD from an accredited university.

Certifications:

• Active membership in or commitment to applying for the Washington State Bar.
