The ideal candidate should have relevant industry affiliations, and excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills. Labor and employment experience is a plus. The eDiscovery Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing electronic discovery processes for legal cases. This includes identifying, collecting, and analyzing electronic data, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing support in litigation matters.

Duties:

• Conducting data identification, preservation, and collection processes for legal cases.
• Collaborating with legal teams to develop eDiscovery strategies.
• Analyzing electronic data to support legal cases and investigations.
• Managing document review processes and ensuring the production of relevant information.
• Staying updated on eDiscovery trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery.
• Relevant industry affiliations.

Skills:
