Duties

• Handle a variety of litigation matters, including government contract negotiations, bid protests, and compliance support
• Conduct internal and government investigations
• Provide legal counsel on administrative issues and related disputes
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and execute litigation strategies
• Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Litigation Associate Attorney
• Experience in government contract negotiations, bid protests, compliance support, internal and government investigations, administration, and related disputes
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
