A law firm in Wilmington is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate Attorney to join their nationally recognized Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of transferable experience and will work closely with attorneys, co-counsel, and clients to provide guidance, advice, and litigation support in both in- and out-of-court complex corporate restructurings. Admission to, or a willingness to take, the Delaware Bar is a requirement for this role.
