Qualifications:

- Eligible students include undergraduate, public policy graduate, first-year (second semester), second- and third-year law students, and law school graduates enrolled in graduate law programs at least half-time
- Must be in good academic standing and provide official documentation from school
- Native American candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
