  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado or eligible for admission.
  • Experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development.
  • Familiarity with title examination, land use issues, construction contracts, and loan documents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
