Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to civil litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance defense cases. Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.

• Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Participate in case evaluations and settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
• Juris Doctorate or better from an accredited law school.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation principles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
