The ideal candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a strong commitment to ethics, and exhibit high motivation and hard-working attributes. A preferred qualification is a book of business. The candidate should have good presentation skills, the ability to compete effectively in the local market, connect well with financial planners, and be effective in seminars and similar presentations. Membership in the Utah Bar or a willingness to become a member is a requirement.

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on wealth preservation and succession planning.
• Collaborate with financial planners and other professionals.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of law firm experience in estate planning.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
