The candidate will work on a broad range of interesting, complex and often high-profile real estate transactions with a diverse clientele of institutional, private and public entities. Must have outstanding achievement, including law school record, references, and proven drafting, negotiating and client service skills. Should have experience working on transactions in which the candidate took on an active and substantial role; working with long-term clients in a strategic or advisory capacity. A generalist skill set in financing, leasing, purchase and sale, development and joint venture formation needed. Must preferably have admission to CA Bar.
