This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $103,000 - $185,000 for California locations.

The Tax Manager/Director will have the chance to manage and develop relationships with clients, assist with tax and financial planning objectives, research and draft technical tax memoranda, review and sign tax returns, and contribute to staff development and mentoring. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a tax role with a public accounting firm, an active CPA certification (or a JD/EA for the Tax Director position), and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, a desire to help others, and a passion for strategic business success.
