Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in handling bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of case strategies.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and precedents.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of relevant legal experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights.
  • Exceptional academic records and a strong track record of writing and analytical skills.
  • Prior judicial clerkship experience is advantageous.
  • Mandatory Bar membership in at least one of the following states: Delaware, New Jersey, or New York.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Bar in one or more of Delaware, New Jersey, or New York.

Certifications:

  • Bar membership in Delaware, New Jersey, or New York is required.

Skills:

  • Legal research and analysis.
  • Legal writing and document drafting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
