Duties:

• Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to achieve client objectives.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Idaho or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
• 2-6 years of experience in a top-tier law firm environment.
• Proven experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
