Phoenix office of our client seeks a litigation attorney with some experience. The candidate will serve as an advocate, advisor, and counselor to all clients. Assist in ensuring that settlements and verdicts for clients are maximized. Screen potential clients, investigate claims, and gather evidence. Document injuries and expenses and calculate damages. Interview witnesses and review medical documents. Draft pleadings and motions. Assure that the client's case is proactively prepared and organized to maximize recovery. Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person. Prepare clients for depositions and attend depositions. Meet with clients at the office and at locations more convenient for clients. Manage docket of auto injury cases. Manage all aspects of litigation, including depositions, legal research, writing, and trials. Represent clients through all phases of litigation. Admission to the State Bar of Arizona is required.
