The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creditor representation, with bankruptcy experience being a significant advantage. The role involves handling a diverse range of litigation matters with a focus on real estate, creditor rights, and bankruptcy cases.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation proceedings related to creditor rights, bankruptcy, and real estate matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case preparations.
• Draft and review legal documents including complaints, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation and bankruptcy matters.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Manage and supervise junior attorneys and support staff as needed.

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on creditor representation and bankruptcy.
• Extensive knowledge of litigation procedures and practices, particularly in California.
• Experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• California Bar admission in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
