- Juris Doctor (.) Degree and California State Bar Admission required

- 10-12 years of top tier law firm and/or in-house experience preferred

- Technical or engineering background and training helpful

- Ability to create timely and insightful executive reports and analysis

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
