A law firm in Glendale, AZ, is seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning law.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in estate planning matters.
• Conduct client consultations to assess their estate planning needs and goals.
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to client's unique circumstances and objectives.
• Advise clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies.
• Assist clients with probate and trust administration matters.
• Conduct legal research on estate planning laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and industry practices.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing estate planning law.
• Strong understanding of estate planning principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with trust and estate administration is preferred but not required.

Education:
