Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an experienced Cybercrime Enforcement Attorney - Of Counsel to support its Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Culver City, CA. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement matters.
• Draft legal documents for civil litigation cases, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Provide clients with strategic legal advice and counsel regarding cybercrime and IP enforcement investigations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on enforcement initiatives, including government agencies and law enforcement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on cybercrime and intellectual property enforcement.
• Prior experience in a law firm setting, preferably with exposure to civil and IP litigation.
• Proven track record of handling internal and government investigations related to IP enforcement.
• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission by motion.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
