Overview

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Real Estate Specialist to join their team. This is a full time, virtual position that requires a US Citizenship. The selected individual will have the responsibility to plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide real estate portfolio, including commercial and industrial leasing, real property acquisitions and dispositions. Responsibilities

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's worldwide real estate portfolio
- Work with legal counsel, facilities, business management, and external brokers to outline business goals and negotiate favorable contract outcomes
- Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance the corporate real estate function
- Lead and manage a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline with at least 15 years experience in commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation OR Master's degree with at least 13 years experience
- Strong interest and experience in contract negotiation and documentation, particularly in leases, appraisals, title insurance, site surveys, and environmental site assessments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, scenario modeling, and real property valuation
- Formal training in negotiation skills
- Experience with IBM Tririga real estate database
- MBA or JD Law with 8 years experience in detailed real estate lease contract negotiation

Salary and Benefits

- Salary Range: $123, - $185,
- Annual bonuses and potential for long term incentives
- Benefits include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and time off
